❌ PROBLEM
No guarantees, no security—tracking agreements is a hassle, payments happen only at the end, and there’s no protection from delays or abandoned work.
Contracts don’t cover key details—no penalties for missed deadlines or ghosting, and no rewards for delivering on time or tracking work hours.
✔️ TRINGLE SOLUTION
Clear agreements, secure payments.
The contract can be paid either by the client or the contractor — the fee is charged for using the contract mechanism. Payment options include post-payment, amount freezing on the account, or payment solely for platform usage. Technical expenses (contract usage) can be covered by either the client or the contractor. The contract currency is chosen at the time of creation. Work is divided into stages: payment for each stage is frozen in advance and transferred after completion. The contract may include a penalty for withdrawal during the agreement period. It’s also possible to set penalties for missed deadlines and bonuses for meeting deadlines and providing regular reports. The client may offer a bonus for meeting deadlines and providing regular updates on the work schedule. Upon contract completion, both parties rate each other. Compliance or non-compliance with the contract terms automatically affects the ratings of both parties, which are recalculated at each contract stage. The subcontracting system allows tasks to be delegated to other contractors.
